After your 14-day trial of Pro or Agency, you can continue on the paid plan or downgrade to Starter. Your content and brands stay intact either way. We will never delete your data without warning.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your workspace settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

On Pro and Agency plans, there is no cap on how many posts Merkflow can generate for you. The weekly cadence generates posts automatically, and you can also regenerate or create additional posts on demand at any time.

When you add a brand, you answer a few onboarding questions about what you do, who you serve, and your tone. Merkflow then crawls your website (up to 8 pages) to learn more about your business. These two knowledge sources are combined to generate content that sounds authentically like your brand.

Merkflow supports LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok. On the Starter plan, you can connect one platform. Pro and Agency plans support all platforms. Each platform connection uses OAuth so we never store your social media password.

Founder Voice is a content mode where posts are written in first person as the founder, rather than as the company. On LinkedIn, personal posts get up to 5x more reach than brand posts. When you enable Founder Voice, you provide a name and the AI writes personal, opinionated content that sounds like a real person sharing their experience.

Absolutely. Every generated post goes to your review inbox first. You can approve it as-is, edit the text inline, regenerate it with a fresh AI take, or reject it entirely. Nothing publishes without your approval.

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid plan if you are not satisfied. After that, you can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Contact support@merkflow.eu for refund requests.
